Lee Lamont: Lessons From Britain to Texas

On this episode of the Michael Valdes Global Podcast, I interview my good friend Lee Lamont. His mother is British, and his father is Jamaican, but he’s lived in Texas for 20 years. Those humble beginnings gave him the drive to outwork the competition. At one point, he had a good corporate job which gave him the means to get married and have children. But when that corporate job was “made redundant,” he took to real estate. His simple principles -  Outwork the competition, always answer the phone, do the right thing - made him successful.
